Arts Asia Pacific provided the Company Management for the Singapore season of The Phantom of the Opera for The Really Useful Company Asia Pacific, which was the fifth and final season in the Asian tour of The Phantom of the Opera.

This tour of The Phantom of the Opera was a large and complex project with approximately 85 people in the touring company, approximately 30 specialist crew for the load-in and load-out periods as well as approximately 40 local crew. The touring company was made up of individuals from Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, Korea and Costa Rica and this variety of nationalities, cities of origin and backgrounds added to the complexity of the tour.

As Company Management the services that Arts Asia Pacific provided covered a broad spectrum of responsibility. This included, day to day management of the touring cast, crew and musicians, all international travel, accommodation, ground transport, visa processing and associated logistics for the touring company, management of sponsorship functions for the production, management of media calls and public relations for the production as well as acting as the producer's representative in discussions with the local producing partners.

The Singapore season of The Phantom of the Opera took place at the Esplanade Theatres on the Bay from March to May 2007.
